Hospitality: building to international brand standards

We built the first Moxy in Latin America and the Caribbean in Tulum, developed the architectural design of Marriott Chihuahua and delivered mixed-use developments with a hotel component. A sector where the brand audits every detail before authorizing the opening.

Standards that are not negotiable

Building for an international hotel brand means working against a manual: room specifications, approved finishes, acoustic levels, lighting, MEP and service areas that the brand audits before authorizing the opening.

Scale adds to that: a hotel combines repetitive rooms — where productivity and consistency are everything — with singular public areas that behave like an independent interior design project.

Our experience

We also bring our food & beverage experience — restaurants, cafés and bars — which resolves the hotel's consumption areas with the same team that executes the project.

Scope of service

Construction documents with full engineering, permits handled together with specialist expediters, pre-construction with value engineering, construction with in-house supervision, and furniture and special finishes developed with top manufacturers, including room and public-area pieces.

Building in destination

Much hotel work sits in destination markets: Tulum, Chihuahua, the Riviera Maya. We have the infrastructure to deploy teams and run construction programs anywhere in Mexico, with the same control structure.
