Our experience
- Moxy Tulum: the first Moxy (Marriott) hotel in Latin America and the Caribbean. Design and construction.

We also bring our food & beverage experience — restaurants, cafés and bars — which resolves the hotel's consumption areas with the same team that executes the project.
Scope of service
Construction documents with full engineering, permits handled together with specialist expediters, pre-construction with value engineering, construction with in-house supervision, and furniture and special finishes developed with top manufacturers, including room and public-area pieces.
Building in destination
Much hotel work sits in destination markets: Tulum, Chihuahua, the Riviera Maya. We have the infrastructure to deploy teams and run construction programs anywhere in Mexico, with the same control structure.
