What we build
Anchor stores, boutiques, in-mall units, street-front stores, outlets and shop-in-shops inside Mexico's department store chains — El Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool, Sears and Saks Fifth Avenue.
We handle both single openings and large programs: 124 shop-in-shops and 16 stores for Tommy Hilfiger, 14 H&M stores, 12 Planet Fitness gyms, 10 Forever 21 stores, 9 Rapsodia stores, 7 Guess stores, 5 Hugo Boss stores and 4 Diesel stores, among many others.
Why retail requires a different contractor
- Restricted work windows: mall construction usually runs at night under strict rules on access, noise, deliveries and debris removal.
- Brand criteria: every chain has its image manual, approved vendors and specific finishes that must be respected in detail.
- Landlord review: drawings, internal permits, insurance and bonds require early coordination with each mall.
- No slack in the handover: a delay does not only cost construction, it costs sales and pre-paid opening campaigns.
Quality control
Our quality processes are supervised by the Institute of Store Planners and the Retail Design Institute — two international benchmarks in retail design and construction. We are members of both, as well as IIDA.
Our scope
Construction documents with full MEP engineering · permits and licensing · pre-construction with value engineering · construction with in-house supervision and budget control · custom fixtures and furniture manufactured in our own 1,000 m² workshop.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work from our global brand manual?
Yes. That is how we normally operate: we take the brand manual or design package, develop the Mexican construction-document set with full engineering, and build it respecting finishes, approved vendors and specifications.
Do you manufacture store fixtures?
Yes, in our own workshop — counters, displays, fitting rooms and bespoke pieces, with quality endorsed by international franchises.
Do you build outside Mexico City?
Yes. We have infrastructure to build nationwide and experience opening several markets simultaneously.
