The real problem with an expansion plan

When a chain goes from one opening a year to ten, the challenge stops being technical and becomes logistical. Every mall has different rules, every city different vendors and lead times, and the expansion team ends up managing dozens of counterparts instead of managing growth.

A well-run roll-out turns that into one repeatable process: a documented prototype, a team that already knows the brand, and one accountable partner across all markets.

How we run it

  1. Prototype and documentation: we build or audit the pilot unit and document specifications, approved vendors, sequence and real durations.
  2. Value engineering at scale: a cost improvement in one store is minor; multiplied across twenty units it changes the program budget.
  3. Simultaneous execution with central control: several markets at once, in-house supervision and consolidated reporting on progress, budget and dates.
  4. Verified consistency: brand image audited unit by unit against the documented standard.

Why the workshop matters

In a roll-out, furniture is the most common bottleneck. Manufacturing in our own 1,000 m² workshop lets us produce in batches for several units and hold the opening dates.

Frequently asked questions

How many units can you execute at once?

It depends on complexity and markets, but our structure of 100+ professionals and nationwide infrastructure has sustained programs of dozens of units for a single brand.

Can you work from our existing prototype?

Yes. We can start from the brand's existing manual and prototype, adapt it to Mexican regulations and replicate it consistently.

How do you report progress across units?

Consolidated reports of progress, budget and dates per unit, with one accountable point of contact for the whole program.

Let's talk about your next opening.

Tell us what you need to build and in which markets. We respond with a clear proposal covering scope, schedule and budget.
