Work inside buildings that do not stop
Refurbishing a corporate floor while the building — and sometimes the company itself — keeps operating demands a different kind of discipline: controlled access, deliveries in authorized hours, protection of adjacent areas, noise and dust management, and coordination with building management.
We have delivered offices for Ve por Más and Invex in banking and financial services; for Orbia — a company listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange — at its Reforma and Sentura sites; and for Ammper, NGIN Workplace, Exitus, Radiatas, Vértice and Forever 21, as well as the Museo Kaluz and projects with Kaluz, Fibra Shop, FUNO and Parks.
Banks, financial institutions and listed companies
Building for a bank or a publicly listed company adds a layer that does not exist in other sectors: formal tender and contracting processes, compliance and audit requirements, information confidentiality, access control for site personnel, and high-security areas such as vaults, data centers and board rooms.
We are used to that level of formality: complete documentation, invoicing and substantiation in order, insurance and bonds, and progress reports with the detail an internal audit team expects.
Institutional trust
Our corporate clients include banks and financial institutions such as Ve por Más and Invex, and companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange such as Orbia — clients that choose suppliers through process, not relationships: they run committees, compare and audit.
What we solve
- Construction documents and engineering: layout, finishes, lighting, HVAC, voice and data, detection and security.
- Building compliance: drawing review with management, insurance, permits and the building's construction rules.
- Furniture and finishes: receptions, meeting rooms, pantries and special pieces, developed with the best manufacturers under our supervision.
- Phased execution: when the company cannot move out, we plan the work by zones to keep operations running.
- Cost control: detailed budget, change control and progress reporting for the finance team.
One accountable partner
The facilities team does not need to coordinate five vendors: design, engineering, construction, furniture and permit coordination are administered by one team, with a single point of contact and single responsibility for the result.
Who we work for
Directors of administration, facilities and procurement at national and international corporates; real-estate teams of funds and REITs; and companies consolidating several sites into a new headquarters.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work without us moving out?
Yes. We plan the work in phases and zones, with deliveries in authorized hours and protection of operating areas, so the company keeps running during execution.
Is furniture included?
Yes, within our scope. We work with the best manufacturers in Mexico and supervise production, quality, lead times and installation. We also integrate line furniture when the client already has a supplier.
Can you work with our own design firm?
Yes. We can start from an existing design package, develop the construction documents with full engineering, and build it.
Do you have experience with banks and listed companies?
Yes. We have built headquarters for banking and financial institutions such as Ve por Más and Invex, and for companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange such as Orbia. We are familiar with the tender, compliance, confidentiality and audit processes these clients require.
